We presented the results of our research showing what food is most often wasted in Prague, what households report as the causes of food waste, as well as the motivation of consumers to reduce food waste. Next, colleagues from VŠE, Save the Food, Inesan and Green Solution presented the role of retail in food waste, appropriate targeting of Generation Z, attitudinal determinants in relation to waste and the results of the analysis of mixed municipal waste.
